Bethany’s Story
Bethany is a Los Angeles based content creator, but her story begins in Seattle as a creative, performer, and storyteller who has spent her life collecting worlds and refusing to be defined by just one of them.
From the age of five she was already working in front of the camera, modeling for Eddie Bauer and other brands. If you were lucky, you might have spotted her at Pike Place Market somewhere in the middle of a crowd, performing street magic beside her father as his magician's assistant and learning early that performance was in her blood.
She was raised on heavy metal music & David Bowie, medieval fantasy, science fiction, and stage magic, with parents who handed her a new instrument whenever curiosity called. That upbringing shaped her into a musician first, and the stage eventually gave way to the screen. She spent the better part of her life in front of the camera modeling and acting across a range of projects before the pull of what was happening behind the lens became impossible to ignore. She built a career in the film industry as a camera assistant (and occasional camera OP), working across music videos, feature films, commercials, short films, and everything in between, alongside Travis Barker, Sherilyn Fenn, James Arthur, Kim Planert, Chuck Norris, Porsche, The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, and a long list of others.
As a published photographer, her work lives in a space where the strange becomes undeniably beautiful, shaped deeply by the visual worlds of Guillermo del Toro and Tim Burton and a genuine love of the macabre. She is drawn to the kind of imagery that pushes the boundaries of strange, making the unnerving feel inevitable. Her photography has been featured in multiple showcases and galleries over the years, each one telling a story that is entirely her own.
She has been streaming on Twitch since October 3rd, 2021, is now a Twitch Partner & Youtube Partner, and within her first few months live raised over $1,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that has always been close to her heart.
Her love of gaming traces all the way back to the Christmas her father placed the very first PlayStation under the tree. Five years on, with a few gaps along the way, she has built a community of creatives, gamers, music lovers, film enthusiasts, and wanderers who have found a genuine home here.
In early 2023, a lifelong obsession with fantasy pulled her toward chainmail. Somewhere between Labyrinth, A Knight's Tale, The Princess Bride, The Lord Of The Rings, and Elden Ring, she picked up the craft with no intention beyond keeping her hands busy. What started as a hobby turned into something she couldn't put down, and Knightbloom Metals was born. She is currently building toward the full launch of Knightbloom.
She resides in Los Angeles alongside an ever-growing collection of swords, daggers, and handcrafted chainmail, accompanied by Sparrow, making surprise appearances whenever he feels like it.
